Winter Newsletter-Great Patient Rewards
Dr. Smith wants to say thank you for being on time for your appointment, keeping your teeth clean, and complying with treatment recommendations, which means you don't have a loose bracket, you wear your rubber bands and/or removable appliance as directed.
At each appointment you will be given the opportunity to put your name in a drawing for an extra special gift to be given away during the year.
All you have to do is:
- Be on time for your appointment
- Have clean teeth
- Comply with NO broken brackets and wearing elastics/appliances
To Qualify:
If you have been on time the front desk will give you a form to take to the chair in the treatment room. If your teeth are clean and you don't have anything broken and you have been wearing your rubber-bands or appliances the way Dr. Smith prescribed then you will be able to put your name in the box for the drawing.
Best of luck!

YOU are the MOST IMPORTANT person on the TEAM!!!!!
The Patient Manager Care System
This year our office has implanted the Patient Manager Care System. This program is designed to assign patients to a designated clinical assistant. The goals of the patient manager are to:
- Help monitor the patient's progress
- Motivate patients to improve and comply with the Doctor's orders
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Develop an understanding between the Patient Manager and the patient to better reach their orthodontic goals
Emergency Care
As a general rule, an emergency appointment may be made when there is severe pain, a loose band, a broken wire or something sticking out that you can't take care of. It's important to know the names of the parts of your appliances. It will help, when you phone the office, to be able to identify what part is broken or out of place. Such as if there is a loose bracket on the upper arch or the lower arch (top part of the jaw or lower jaw).
